So a few year back at a yard sale I found a book, "The one that got away" It was old and thick but it caught my attention. I bought it for a buck. Turns out it is a collection of old fishing stories. Or as the jacket says,

"A treasure of fishing stories and lore by"
Ernest Hemingway
Zane Grey
Rodrick L. Haig-Brown
Philip Wylie, Nick Lyons

and there are more. I have been reading it a little at a time for sometime now. But I have to say it is while kind of tough pretty cool so far. It seems to be pretty much fly fishing stories but all stories none the less.

I am not much of a reader. In fact be sides my EMT Text book and fish have no hands there has not been many other books I have read. However I am going to go out on a limb and say if you like to read and want to read stories, stories truly wrapped around fishing, then check out "The one that got away". study

Looked for it on Amazon and found this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]  Looks like it might be a reissue of the same thing.
