Just waiting on that little old card. Not trying to diss anybody, but , you ain't seen Poboy in action yet.

It's coming,  and gonna be fun.....

( I occasionally catch Mermaids!)

BTW: Yep, the standard reply didn't fit. That's OK...The standard reply is just that.....

Gotta a little side bet though, a largemouth bass that busts 8 lbs .....

How good are you?

Only one caveat: it MUST be public waters!

How much you wanna go?

Had a good sesh this morning on mission bay.  wind made it tough to hold position but once i found the fish was able to go to work.  pretty good outing in cold dirty water, way better htan i expected....  fished from about 945-145 and brought 15 fish to the tube.  fumbled the first one trying to measure and not have the card blow away lol but of the 15, 8 of them were over the 12" mark and i think 4 were just under in the 11-12" range.  hopefully these pics upload...

Eric

Ummm...I actually have this idea...I'm gonna make a board up so I don't have to post hundreds of pictures just to show my catch, and also.... I fish a spot with big bass, and..if y'all wanna disqualify them ....OK..But it's hard to lay them out on a board and photo them, but most will break 5 lbs  , that qualify?

You are aware of what the rules are for this event right poboy? If you don't agree with them you don't have to participate... I'm glad you catch big fish

No problem, I probably won't even need the bass to win. Besides, I would get MUCH more pleasure from helping others catch fish than winning any silly little tournament.

I resent that insinuation. The bass in my avatar came from a VERY PUBLIC LAKE.( It had 100 boats on it EVERYDAY when I caught it. ) I don't have access to any private ponds. And if you think California is the only place with " heavily pressured" lakes, think again. People come from all over the world to hunt and fish in Texas, and pay big bucks to professional guides to do it.
