Tucked in my skirt and dealt with a little bit of weather in order to get out.  Fished Bartlett lake from 10am-3pm.  Landed 9 fish total, 7 were pictureworthy, only 5 made the camera due to human error.  All fish caught on jigs in 10-20 feet of water.

One of the pics is right on the 14 inch line...to my eye it looks good but might not be point worthy so I'll go with whatever you decide.

HugeEuge57,
What kind of bump board is that?
I really like the black and white.

I believe it's a Hawg Trough.  I fish a lot of tournaments against kayakers and they require the same board for all.  I know Sportsman's Warehouse has them and I think Tackle Warehouse online....correction....Sportsman's Warehouse has them, Cabela's has them and Hook1 has them too. There are different colors...the white, there's a neon yellow one (these 2 have the black lines on them) and a dark green one that you have to mark the lines with a permanent marker to see them.

Y'all can call me Euge...my name is Eugene but I sound like the nerd from Greece when I hear the full name.

Hey thanks for posting yep it seems like it would be tough learning new waters. I will look over these later but ot looks like a few of the bass are under size. Freshwater bass is 14". There is also one that i can not see the acctual length. I will check this over and get our other set of eyes on it as wll. Again thanks for posting and keep up the good work.

Once again Bartlett lake produces.  Same spot, same time frame, same bait.  Landed 6, with 5 almost cookie cutter fish big enough to measure in.  Got to see some snow up on the mountains too.

I have an area that's probably 1 1/2 football fields long where the fish come up shallow to feed in the rocks.  I've been catching them from up against the bank down to 30 feet.  It's like a boulder wall coming down from mountain and the fish have thousands of places to hide.  Just have to find the right boulder they are hiding by.   I love this lake in the winter because the wall is actually about a half mile long but from my tube it's a 35 minute kick to get to the wall so I usually don't fish too far down it.

Lucky for me a lot of the fish in Bartlett are all cookie cutter so if you can avoid the smaller fish that tend to roam more you can catch good numbers of 13+ inch fish.
