Hey guys I figured I would post this in such a manner that everyone could see and i'll explain why instead of messaging jeff personally. I am having heart surgery this week, but would still love to attend perris. however I will be doing so from my small aluminum boat instead. I just don't want any issues trying to kick in or out so close to my procedure. that being said, I posted this way because any one who wants a "ride" out towards the water tower or along the dam can just grab a rail and get towed salute I will still be fishing (wishing I was tubing) but this way I can also run support, sort of. I may have someone lined up to use my cumberland but if that doesn't work out, someone is welcome to use my tube. or 2 sets of fins. I will launch from boat ramp then meet up with you guys in sail cove area. if I can quietly sneak into bouy line. then I will stay just far enough away as if I were tubing. (outside of bouy line) along dam area. sound good?

Okay! for all inquiring my surgery (hardly a surgery at all) went very well, turns out a stent was not needed. but they still ran the cath camera up and through. little sore at injection/ cath site (now done at the wrist) but that's it! so I may be on the tube, maybe on the boat, but i'll be there at perris!

Ok Perris went great today despite no fish caught there were I believe a total of 12 that showed and I would like to say thanks to those that did show up. It was great as always fishing with old friends and meeting some knew ones. This years toy drive was a big success and I believe this belongs in a new thread all together that will be coming soon.
I would also like to personally thanks Marcos from Moone Worms who came down to personally deliver there lure donation. Also Brad from Rad Baits hung out with us after donating to the morning raffle as well as the Grand Prize Raffle. And last but not least Steve from Golden Trout Lanyards who came donated some very cool lanyards for the morning raffle. He also setup a booth to show off the other lanyards he makes for sale. All and all it was a great day with some amazing weather even though someone forgot to tell the fish what was going on. I will take the blame for that one.
