Hello, as the title says, newbie floater. I just ordered a Colorado XT pontoon. I'm going to lurk around a bit and see what I can find and chime in with questions here and there. Thanks for the welcome and advice in advance.

Thank you. Is there a pontoon section or just kind of mixed in?

This is a friendly place where we share quite a bit of information. Enjoy your time here.

There is no special section for pontoons and yes we are all just mixed together.
You and do a search for "Colorado XT" or "pontoon" and get quite a bit of information tailored to your boat.

Welcome! There is a whole lot of knowledgeable persons on here feel free to ask away! What lakes will you be fishing? Cochiti lake, elephant butte? Or the Rio grande river?

Thank you. I usually fish Navajo Lake and the San Juan River since they are minutes from my property up there. I live in Albuquerque, but I frequent Northern NM since I have a place to stay reservation free.
