Bearing Upgrades

Does anybody on here doing any bearing upgrades or changes? I was just wonder what type people are using and for what application? I'm just looking for more info on Boca Bearings, ceramic, shields, JDM?

hmm no one posted, well depends on the reel and size, but shimano sells their bearings if you call, they are corrosion resistant.
