My brother and I recently bought some tubes he got the Navigator II and i got a cumberland.  my brother and myself were  in the Newport beach area and don't know where to launch from.We drove around for a while and didn't find a spot. Can anyone plz help us out. we will be returning Next Wednesday around 8 am; also any tips on how to catch bass will be greatly appreciated  . thank you for the help

best place to launch is balbo island at the coast guard station. or you can go on the island it self and launch from any of the streets. you will get teh same answer from just about everyone.
