Just saying howdy. Been fishing Lake Texoma from a tube for the past 3 years, mostly striper and sandies. I've got a leaky bladder now (insert juvenile joke here) so I'm thinking of getting into a pontoon. Lake is way past flood stage right now and I hear the fishing is pretty good.

ballistex welcome to our little board so glad you found us, I have heard there has been some crazy flooding out there. Good thing you know how to fish and take advantage of Mother Nature. Remember as a member you can receive 15% discount from Cover Bonanza, take a look and see what they have for Pontoons, maybe you can save a little bit on your new ride. There is also a 20% discount from Vicious Products for your first order, feel free to PM me with any questions. Thumbs Up

Howdy from Nebraska. I have a colorado pontoon. If you are buying new, check out bigboxstorethatsellsunderpantsgroceriesriflesandammoandfishingstuff.com (if you catch my drift). I bought mine for over 200 bux less than bass pro sells for, shipped from the factory.

I didn't know what to expect, but a pontoon is a little like the log ride at the amusement park, without boundries. Learning to row is an experience (a fun one).
