Got these killer baits way back in 1978 while bass fishing Arizona's Lake San Carlos. These baits are so weedless that they go right through heavy sticks without hanging up. Also they had the old vinyl skirts, which I think are great, but I cannot find any more. When storing in your tackle box, you need to slide a plastic tube or piece of straw over the two weed guards and then over the point of the hook, so it won't take up so much room or stab you with one of the wire weed guards.  Last time I used the black one, several years ago, it did great in the weedy east side of Perris. Has anyone ever used or seen this lure?

Thanks for sharing Komori.
I've never seen those before. Sort of a spinner, weedless, bumper, jig bait crossover.
How do you fish it?

That is cool looking thanks for sharing I have never fished one of those but I remember them from long ago. the weed guard might be something we could make to add to current spinner baits, what do you think?

Yeah, if you use the right gauge wire and can figure out how to bend it to fit tight on the spinnerbait that you want to make weedless.  And the way we had the best strikes was to just slow roll it up to a clump of brush, sticks or trees and then let it free fall.  The bass usually took it on the fall, but many would just attack it as it's retrieved.  You can also use it as a wake bait, having the blade spinning just under the surface. The color black was great as the sun set.
