Try out the " Pay & Play" Basically in so cal if you'd like to fish your gonna have to pay. Best bet is to check out the fish planting or stalking schedule in California. That should provide you with a list of lakes which you can determine weather float tubes are permitte on the one you prefer to choose. . Honestly with a simple launch fee and parking pass youll be fishing that day. If the lake allows swimming and wading chances are float tubing is permited make a phone call during normal operating hours and confirm if you can launch the float tube. Good Luck Sir!
