I was given a toon by a friend, which is cool. But I'm a fly fisherman and want to mount a stripping net down low between my legs.
Where can I get 1/4" bungee cord and hardware for this project?

In SC not sure but any local hardware store should have stainless and nylon hardware to use and sometimes they will also carry bungee cord or also known as shock cord. Website for all of that if you don't want to drive around is...

Hmmmm, hadn't thought of McMaster Carr.
I order something from them at least once a week at work.

Might try West Marine, as they have stores so, no shipping costs, which is a killer for $10 worth of materials.
