for anyone who has never had or made these delicacies the basic format is:
1. Fry you own raw corn tortillas in about an inch of HOT oil, I do them one at a time and try to get a bend using tongs, it's easy once you get on to it.
2. Use Red or Green cabbage slaw instead of the classic lettuce etc.
3. Add a few tomato chunks,avacado,and some fresh cilantro
and some chopped peppers (as hot as you can handle) (also fresh lemon and or lime to squeeze over top)
4. Don't forget your catch of the day
and you are in FISH TACO HEAVEN!!
