I was wondering if it is really necessary to use???i know its pretty much optional.lmk what u guys think.

Btw im sure most of u guys know what im talking about,but if not its the mesh tray thingy that covers ur lap area.

Always use mine. Comes in handy for landing fish is some cases, also mine has a ruler on it for measuring fish. It doesn't get in the way of fishing at all, and can be used for laying lures ect on while changing baits. I see no reason not to use it, as it serves a purpose.

I am with hammer on this I have often though I would rather fish with out it. But it is like having a second pair of hand with you at all times.

x2, i have fished with out it couple of times and dont like it. If you lost yours then I say keep fishing but if you have it then use it as it dose come in handy like hammer said.

yep i never leave without mine as its attached to the tube anyways but if it wasnt id be bringin it everytime most the time i dont no what i would do if i didnt have that there

It's the law. FFF regulation 234567 sec 85 states you must use it.

Please comply. Failure to do so will cause loss of gear, possible fish measurement and photo opportunities, no where to eat your lunch and the false sense of security the apron brings to some tubers.

Also, looks like something is missing. geek
