Always use mine. Comes in handy for landing fish is some cases, also mine has a ruler on it for measuring fish. It doesn't get in the way of fishing at all, and can be used for laying lures ect on while changing baits. I see no reason not to use it, as it serves a purpose.

I am with hammer on this I have often though I would rather fish with out it. But it is like having a second pair of hand with you at all times.

It's the law. FFF regulation 234567 sec 85 states you must use it.

Please comply. Failure to do so will cause loss of gear, possible fish measurement and photo opportunities, no where to eat your lunch and the false sense of security the apron brings to some tubers.

Also, looks like something is missing. geek
